Qualifications and skills
- University degree in engineering or related technical discipline relevant to the project components.
- Excellent knowledge of English language in a professional environment (working level).
- Knowledge of Arabic (spoken and written) would be a distinct advantage.
General professional experience
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in the water and wastewater sector, including at least 3 years as Project Manager.
Specific professional experience
- Experience in the management of water and wastewater projects/programmes.
- Experience of professional project management techniques an advantage.
- Relevant work experience outside home country and in the Middle East an advantage.
