Responsibilities

• Ensure all project and package-level interfaces are managed to avoid delays.
• Foster a cooperative, constructive, and proactive working environment between parties and disciplines.
• Comply with governance and project requirements (HSE, administrative rules, code of conduct).
• Support and reinforce safety and environmental practices throughout all project activities.
• Guarantee confidentiality and intellectual property protection across engineering tasks.
• Participate in internal and external audits and project reviews.

Key Activities

• Liaise and report directly to the Project Interface Coordinator.
• Support Package Managers in anticipating and managing interfaces for optimal project performance.
• Attend weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc interface meetings for the Sohar Package.
• Follow up on action items, logs, punch items, and close-outs from interface meetings.
• Provide weekly contractor interface performance reports to the Package Interface Manager.
• Resolve field interface non-compliances.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Professional experience: 10+ years total, with 4-5 years in a similar position.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
