Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of routine Oil data in Emerson AMS Machinery Manager Oil View Software.
- Support Chemistry department with recommendations for required Oil Analysis testing relevant to oil related issues.
- Conduct Oil Analysis evaluations to produce engineering reports identifying Root Cause Analysis, recommended corrective actions and maintenance improvements
- Some part of the mission might be done remotely
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting Oil Analysis on Rotating Machinery.
- Certified Category II Machinery Lubrication Analyst in accordance with ISO 18436-4 Level 2
- Provide personnel with experience of conducting Oil Analysis on rotating equipment ranging from small pumps and fans to Main Power Generation Turbines
