Key Responsibilities

Operational Coordination

  • Lead daily coordination meetings (internal & external).
  • Issue offshore access permissions and manage operational priorities.
  • Coordinate planning of offshore interventions (short & mid-term).
  • Liaise with Production Manager and Site Manager for reporting.

Maritime Surveillance & Vessel Coordination

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of:
    • CTVs
    • Barges & floating equipment
    • Aircraft near site
    • Third-party vessels
  • Track personnel movements offshore and port access.
  • Manage embarkation/disembarkation of CTVs.
  • Coordinate vessel positions to:
    • Minimize downtime
    • Avoid conflicts
    • Maximize safety
  • Inform vessels about:
    • Exclusion zones
    • Diving/heavy maintenance ops
    • Weather deterioration

HSE & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with offshore HSE rules.
  • Verify authorizations and access control.
  • Participate in risk assessment of offshore operations.
  • Share safety alerts with sea users (fishermen, boaters).
  • Assist in incident investigations (near misses, first aid, etc.).

Crisis & Emergency Management

  • Support emergency drills.
  • Activate and support emergency response plan.
  • Centralize and disseminate crisis information.
  • Coordinate with:
    • CROSS
    • Maritime Prefecture
    • Harbour Master
    • SNSM
    • Gendarmerie

Asset Monitoring

  • Coordinate with OCC for production-related interventions.
  • Monitor subsea equipment positions.
  • Track hazardous products used offshore.
  • Manage intrusion alerts via surveillance tools.

Working Conditions

  • On-site presence required (Fécamp O&M base).
  • No remote work.
  • Shift-based schedule (average 35h/week over 4 weeks):
    • Morning: 07:00 - 14:00
    • Afternoon: 13:00 - 20:00
    • Weekend post: 12h/day
    • 1 weekend out of 3 worked
    • Overtime possible in case of incident
    • Schedules may vary according to tide times and vessel departures.

Profile Required

Mandatory

  • Strong maritime coordination experience (offshore wind preferred).
  • Experience in:
    • Vessel traffic coordination
    • Port or offshore logistics
    • Marine operations monitoring
  • Fluent French (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable with:
    • Marine monitoring tools
    • Radio communications
    • Multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Available full period (mid-June to early September).
  • Right to work in France.

Highly Desirable

  • Offshore wind O&M experience.
  • Previous Marine Coordination Room experience.
  • Knowledge of French maritime ecosystem (CROSS, Prefecture Maritime).
  • Experience with CTV operations.
