Missions / Service Dimensions

The consultant will oversee logistics and marshalling operations while coordinating marine and construction activities, ensuring that project interfaces are effectively managed and that installation strategies are optimized.

Main Activities

  • Lead the implementation of H3SE practices across logistics operations
  • Conduct safety audits and contribute to emergency response planning
  • Define logistics and marshalling strategies from preliminary studies to execution
  • Manage tender processes for marshalling harbor lease and services
  • Develop yard layouts, vessel utilization plans, lifting/handling procedures
  • Ensure readiness of marshalling facilities and associated logistics
  • Coordinate SIMOPS and COMOPS planning and marine coordination center setup
  • Track vessel and personnel records, shipping documentation, and customs clearance
  • Prepare CFTs for marine and construction services, including scope definition, qualification, negotiation, and award
  • Ensure interface alignment with all T&I packages (FOU, cables, WTG)

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marine Logistics (or equivalent experience, ideally 10+ years)
  • Languages: English (mandatory), French required, Danish is a plus
  • Experience:
    • Advanced expertise in marshalling and port logistics
    • Experience with offshore wind logistics or oil & energy sector
    • Strong background in international tenders, market analysis, and port services
    • Competence in logistics and marine coordination software, MS Office
    • Experience with technical disciplines related to marine spreads and offshore operations
  • Skills:
    • Effective communicator with multinational teams and stakeholders
    • Cost and schedule-focused, with strong ownership and autonomy
    • Proficient in reviewing project procedures, qualification dossiers, and execution plans
    • Aptitude for reporting, mentoring, and technical documentation
