Job Summary

We are currently looking for a professional Instrument Engineer to join our professional services team. The applicant will be responsible EPC Projects: FEED Study, Engineering and Project Management, e.g., preliminary study, basic engineering, and preparing scope of work, costing, tendering, bid technical/commercial evaluation, project execution and coordination.

Basic Function

  • Design, develop and supervise the instrumentation discipline projects.
  • Preliminary & FEED study, budgetary study, planning, plant development/ modification / expansion.
  • Review, approve and amend EPC Contractor's design and proposals. Manage technical input and deliverables for the projects.
  • Improving instrumentation & control system with associated facilities.

Requirements

  • Min. 15+ years combined experiences in the Oil & Gas industry with a focus on engineering design, installation, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance of major oil & gas and power facilities.
  • Applicant should be capable to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and should be a self-stated with the ability to direct others and require minimal supervision.
  • Must have knowledge and experiences:

a. DCS, SCADA, RTU, ICSS, ESDS, FGS systems

b. Instrumentation for Oil &Gas facilities

c. SIL studies and allocation

d. Oil and Gas Fiscal and custody transfer Metering skids

e. Fiscal tank gauging systems

f. Safety valves ESD, BDV, PSV, storage tanks breather and PSV valves.

g. Gas & Oil treatment, compression/pumping & pipeline instrumentation.

h. PRMS gas stations

  • Must possess wide knowledge of the relevant international codes and standards applied in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Candidate must have a positive attitude to teamwork and should have experience working abroad with frequent site visits to monitor projects he is involved with, desert experience preferable.
  • Must possess good English written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have proven stable employment records.
  • Should not be older than age fifty-five (55).

Qualification

  • Instrumentation / Automation Engineer with B.Sc. from a recognized university.
  • Computer skill: Sufficient for the execution of discipline engineering activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours to meet employers’ requirements. Exhibit an ability to work in a high conducive environment.
