- Site survey and field vibration measurements on the identified piping systems.
- Collection and review of all relevant operational, design, and historical data.
- Identification of critical piping sections and small-bore connections susceptible to vibration-related failures.
- Detailed analysis of collected data, including vibration assessment and evaluation against applicable standards.
- Root cause analysis to determine the origin of vibration (e.g., flow-induced vibration, mechanical sources, resonance, support deficiencies).
- Preparation of a detailed investigation report summarizing findings, analysis, and conclusions.
- Development of both short-term mitigation actions and long-term permanent solutions to eliminate or significantly reduce vibration and prevent recurrence of failures.
