Main Duties

• Support Service and Operations Managers and relevant teams to ensure that the areas of responsibility are compliant with HSE standards, regulations and guidelines;
• Help in the implementation of safety instructions and notices accordingly with the local HSE dept. guidance;
• Support the organization in managing significant environmental aspects related to the local business;
• Support HSE dept in implementing the supervision plan and conducting factory / on site audits (on management system standard or legal based) and inspections;
• Support implementation of HSE objectives, incident investigations and root cause analyses within the respective organization;
• Support in contractor’s HSE qualification process;
• Collect, analyses and report on HSE performance, identifies problems and makes suggestions to avoid repeating the problem in the future;
• Participate and lead HSE meetings with the local organization and contractors to share expectations on HSE required standards and driving continuous improvement concept;
• Collaborate with managers and employees in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment for HSE initiatives and performances;
