Context & Environment
In 2021, the COMPANY discovered an extensive oil and associated gas field 70 km off the coast of Abidjan, Ivory Coast at a depth of 1,200 metres. It was the first commercial discovery in the country in the past 20 years. We call it fast track and it consists in running the design, authorisation and execution phases in parallel. Another innovative aspect of the project is the reuse of an existing FPSO, modernised and made technologically more advanced to ensure an accelerated start-up, optimising costs and time and minimising the waste of raw materials and construction materials.
Mission/Service Dimension
To support on HSE IMS implementation
Main Activities
· Adhere and disseminate Company HSE policies
· Collect reporting data from operational sites and ensure analysis and consolidation
· Support on contract management process
· Conduct HSE audits
· Perform regular HSE site visits
· Ensure PPE Management
· Participate and contribute on reporting and investigations of UA/UC, Near Misses and Accidents;
· Support on emergency management and emergency drills realization
· Implement all actions requested to ensure continuous improvement and spread of HSE culture

Qualifications & Experience
· Technical Diploma / HSE Management Systems
· Good knowledge of English
· Good knowledge of French
· At least 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience preferably in equivalent position.
