Report to Functional Line Manager (G/)

Key Accountabilities

- Organize GM and DGM calendar

- Ensure good functions of GM and DGM office

- Manage Filling documents effectively

- Records all letters to and/or from GM and DGM office

  • Preparing rearranging and correcting and filling all report

Translating documents (French-English and Arabic)

- Coordinate with other department to run the work smoothly

- Any other works (of equivalent nature), in addition to the above mentioned works as shall be assigned by the company from time to time.


  • Terminate High school level.
  • Master of Microsoft Ofiice and Windows.
  • Good English level.
