General Manager Assistant

Report to: Functional Line Manager (G/) 

Key Accountabilities:

       Organize GM and DGM calendar

       Ensure good functions of GM and DGM office

       Manage Filling documents effectively

       Records all letters to and/or from GM and DGM office

       Preparing rearranging and correcting and filling all report

       Translating documents (French-English and Arabic)

       Coordinate with other department to run the work smoothly

    Any other works (of equivalent nature), in addition to the above mentioned works as shall be assigned by the company from time to time.



       Terminate High school level.

       Master of Microsoft Ofiice and Windows.

       Good English level.
