Job Summary
The ESP Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient up-time operation, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated artificial lift equipment in oil wells. The operator works closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure optimal lift performance and production continuity.
