The Completion Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of completion and well intervention operations on the assigned rig, in coordination with the Completion Engineer and service providers.
Activities
- Supervise lower and upper completion activities and subsea wellhead installation
- Ensure compliance with completion program, safety rules, and technical standards
- Coordinate BHA, tools, and service provider interfaces (sand control, E-line, slickline, etc.)
- Ensure proper completion fluid handling and wellbore cleanout
- Lead well handover process between drilling, completions, and production teams
- Report daily activities and ensure proper documentation of completion operations
- Enforce strict HSE control and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 15+ years in well operations including at least 5 years as Completion Supervisor
- Experience in deepwater subsea completions mandatory
- Familiar with sand control, ESPs, intelligent completions is a plus
- IWCF Level 4 required
- BOSIET EBS OPITO
- Fluent in English
