A Day Drilling & Work Over Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing drilling operations on an oil rig.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work site.
• Supervising drilling procedures and enforcing safety precautions.
• Communicating with engineers and team members regarding technical issues during drilling.
• Preparing daily drilling reports and documenting encountered problems.
• Managing drilling crews and monitoring their performance.
• Overseeing all drilling operations, including hiring and training new employees.

Requirement

• Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, which include working as operator/contractor drilling supervisor, with the last 5 years as Day Drilling Supervisor for a known international operator.
• Ample international experience, having worked for reputable drilling contractors and operating companies.
• Ability to supervise both drilling and completion operations.
• Valid IWCF well control level 4 (Supervisory Level).
• Experience in Algeria is an advantage.
• Fluency in French and English.
