Job Title Crew Chief - Pressure Control Equipment

Job Description

1. Supervision and Coordination

  • Lead a team of technicians and operators involved in the installation, maintenance, and operation of pressure control equipment.
  • Coordinate daily activities and assignments for the crew, ensuring efficient use of resources.

2. Equipment Management

  • Oversee the inspection, testing, and maintenance of pressure control equipment, such as valves, regulators, and related components.
  • Ensure that all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.

3. Safety Compliance

  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for the crew to promote a culture of safety.

4. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to pressure control equipment.
  • Provide technical expertise to the crew for problem-solving and decision-making.

5. Planning and Scheduling

  • Develop and implement work schedules to meet project deadlines and operational requirements.
  • Plan and organize equipment installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

6. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Generate reports on equipment performance, crew productivity, and any incidents or accidents.

7. Communication

  • Liaise with other departments, project managers, and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

8. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs for the crew and facilitate training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5-9 Years of working in field for Well Pressur Control Equipment (PCE).
  • Shall have PCE Certificates
  • Very good wireline experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
