Context & Environment
In 2021, the COMPANY discovered an extensive oil and associated gas field 70 km off the coast of Abidjan, Ivory Coast at a depth of 1,200 metres. It was the first commercial discovery in the country in the past 20 years. We call it fast track and it consists in running the design, authorisation and execution phases in parallel. Another innovative aspect of the project is the reuse of an existing FPSO, modernised and made technologically more advanced to ensure an accelerated start-up, optimising costs and time and minimising the waste of raw materials and construction materials.
Main Activities
Job Holders main functions are:
1. Prepare annual Budget and quarterly Forecast and reporting
2. Participation in planning process (4 Year Plan - Long term Plan) and reporting
3. To coordinate the preparation of PCFM plan on monthly basis
4. No Profit activity and HO specific services reporting.
5. G&A Analysis and reporting
6. To analyse accuracy management reporting on monthly basis, including PL, BS, CF, Investment, Opex, No Profit/HSE costs and Branch costs.
7. To analyse accuracy of reporting for Budget, three times per year forecasts, Strategic Plan and Business Plan including PL, BS and CF, Branch costs.
8. To check for every actual reporting period the required SOA documentation folder and ensure implementation of new controls.
9.Variance analysis of operating costs and investments aimed at verifying the progress of activities in accordance with Budget / 4YP / Long term Plan.
10. Analyse monthly financial reports and compare them with internal reports to ensure consistency and accuracy of information in accordance with the approved Budget and Plans.
11. Reporting of Budget, Forecast and Planning data in eni corporate reporting systems.
12. Prepare and maintain ECI internal reports (management reports)
13,Other duties as required by Line Manager.
Main Interfaces
Internal: The job holder interfaces with Finance, Technical, HR, Commercial Departments
External: The job holder interfaces with external parties as per request from Line Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
The job holder must have:
University degree (bachelor) in Finance / Economics / Accounting
Relevant work experience in the industry is preferable

Capability to work with PC, MS office programs
Good verbal and written English
