Commissioning Operation Assistant – SBN

Rotation and Work Organization

  • Rotation Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  • Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Contract Conditions

  • Contract Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist commissioning and operations teams during startup and commissioning phases.
  • Support monitoring and operation of equipment and systems during testing activities.
  • Prepare and maintain operational and commissioning documentation, logs, and reports.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational and equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, company policies, and operational standards.
  • Participate in inspections, functional tests, and system checks.
  • Support system handover and operational readiness activities.
  • Carry out administrative and technical support tasks as required by the commissioning team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in commissioning, operations, or industrial environments is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of industrial equipment and operational procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
