Commissioning Electrical Supervisor – SBN (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities for construction, mechanical, and commissioning works.
  • Ensure work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on site activities, progress, and any deviations.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior supervisors and operators.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oil & Gas plants, Power plants, or Refineries.
  • Supervisory roles: 2-3 years minimum; Superintendent or high-skilled roles (CCP, CME, CMP): 5-6 years minimum.
  • For operator positions: 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas plant operation.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.

  • Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
