Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction and mechanical activities.
- Monitor and manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Prepare site reports and track project progress.
- Support operators and junior staff in daily operations and problem-solving.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience in Oil & Gas plants, Power plants, or Refineries.
- Supervisors: 2-3 years in similar roles.
- Superintendents / high-skilled roles (CCP, CME, CMP): 5-6 years in similar roles.
- Operators: minimum 3 years of Oil & Gas plant operational experience.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.

- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
