General Description

1. Closing of the 2019 accounting year with a final posting

1.1. AP Module: Data Verification (Invoices & Payments)

• Extraction and Analysis of invoices with GL date in 2019 by comparing with invoices SUN
• Complete missing transactions
• Correct the consistency of the 2019 data
• Accounting for Draft and comparing with SUN
• Post final and transfer them to GL + check balances
• Close the AP 2019 periods

1.2 INV module

• Analyze and Compare the balances between Oracle and SUN period by period
• Correct deviations in GL
• Launch the final posting of the 2019 periods
• Close the Inventory 2019 periods

1.3 CM module

• Create transfers between bank accounts
• Create cash calls (Invoices and payments)
• Complete the entry of bank statements
• Start the final posting

1.4 GL module: Final closure

• Preparing and loading the opening balance file
• Annual closing and closing of GL periods

2. Closing of the 2020 and 2021 financial years with a final posting

• Preparation and loading of allocation documents,
• Annual closing and closing of GL periods

3. Other services

• Generalization of control rules on PO, INV and GL modules
• Development of financial reports directly on the system.
• Feasibility study of automatic loading of provisions.
• Implementation of a budget monitoring and control solution
• Implementation of a solution to automate the calculation and the loading allowances
• Set up and management of the budget on the system
• Verification, testing and go-live the FA Module.
• User support and training.
• Corrective and enhancement maintenance.
• Development of monitoring and analysis reports.
• Attend daily and weekly meeting to brief ERP key users and managerial staff.

Work experience requirements

• A minimum 02 years experience in ERP Oracle eBS at CLIENT’s Groupments.
• Good knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 especially in:
  • Functional area: GL, SLA, CM, PA, FA, AP, INV, PO
  • Technical area: PL/SQL -XML Publisher-Workflow-Personalization Forms/OAF
• Medically proved with fit-to-work condition

Education Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree + 4 years in Finance / IT or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
