Workover Supervisor

General Information

· Position title: Workover Supervisor

· Location: Congo (Brazzaville)

· Work schedule Rotational 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off

· Contract duration 12 months, renewable

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workover, completion and well services operations at the wellsite.
• Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.
• Provide operational supervision to workover and well services crews and coordinate activities with relevant contractors and service companies.
• Monitor well conditions and ensure appropriate well control procedures are followed throughout operations.
• Coordinate the installation, operation and troubleshooting of ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) systems and related activities.
• Coordinate with drilling, production, engineering, HSE and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of well intervention activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable company standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety meetings and incident-prevention activities.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in completion, workover and well services.
• Engineering Degree.
• Valid IWCF well control level 4 (Supervisory Level)
• ESP experience.
• Previous experience in Africa (preferred).
• Fluency in French and English.
