Shift Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees throughout the shift, providing guidance, support, and direction
- Monitor customer service and ensure staff are adhering to company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner
- Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and performance evaluations
- Establish and enforce safety and security protocols
- Track inventory and order supplies as needed
- Manage employee scheduling
