Job Description
- Plan and engineer drilling projects including regulatory permits, program preparation, casing design, cost estimation, and AFE.
- Analyze offset wells, risks, hazards, trajectory planning, hydraulic design, and BHA selection.
- Support operations during execution. Monitor KPIs (NPT, ILT).
- Prepare procurement documents and manage contracts.
- Support SCM in tenders.
- Ensure HSE compliance and participate in audits.
- Lead optimization initiatives and technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge in completions.
- Experience in Venezuela may be required.
- Well Control certification preferred (IWCF Level 4).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, OpenWells, SAP. Strong communication skills.
