Position Scaffolding Supervisor

Contract Duration 1 Year

Rotation 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

Working Hours 10 Hours per Day

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities on site in accordance with project requirements, safety standards, and approved procedures.
• Ensure scaffolds are erected, modified, inspected, and dismantled safely and efficiently.
• Monitor scaffolding teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Verify that all scaffolding materials and structures meet applicable standards and specifications.
• Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding works and ensure proper tagging and certification systems are maintained.
• Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and HSE teams to support site operations and work access requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and promote safe working practices at all times.
• Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare daily activity reports, manpower allocation, and progress updates.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site coordination meetings.
• Ensure scaffolding activities are completed within project timelines and according to client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to supervise multicultural work teams in demanding site environments.
• Familiarity with international scaffolding standards and inspection requirements.
• Good understanding of permit-to-work systems and site safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relevant scaffolding certification or technical qualification preferred.

Working Conditions

• Rotation schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
• 10-hour working days.
• Site-based position in an industrial or construction environment.
