Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Scaffolders to join our team for ongoing construction and commissioning projects in the Oil & Gas Downstream sector. Candidates must have a strong background in working with both light and heavy-duty scaffolding systems, preferably in refinery or petrochemical plant environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently, including those in confined and elevated spaces.
- Assemble scaffolding systems using appropriate tools, materials, and safety procedures.
- Work in challenging conditions such as inside process heaters and outside stacks in high wind environments.
- Adhere strictly to international scaffolding safety standards and site-specific HSE guidelines.
- Inspect and maintain scaffolding for structural integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with other construction and commissioning teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on scaffolding experience in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance or construction.
- Proven ability to erect complex scaffolding structures in high-risk areas.
- Knowledge of international scaffolding codes and safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in elevated and confined spaces.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
