Position: T&I (FOU IAC) Contracts Specialist

Location: Paris, France (residential) with possible travel to Hamburg/Berlin

Start Date: September 2025

Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Languages: Fluent English required; French/German beneficial

Mission

Provide contractual and procurement support for the Transport & Installation of Foundations (FOU) and Inter-Array Cables (IAC) for the Company’s German offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre- and post-contract management for FOU/IAC T&I packages
  • Manage procurement: bid assessment, commercial evaluation, supplier appraisal
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, planning, insurance, and package managers
  • Monitor supplier and employer obligations, payments, claims, and variations
  • Ensure contract compliance, mitigate risks, and drive supplier performance via KPIs
  • Conduct due diligence on main suppliers (market intelligence, compliance, risk review)
  • Prepare and manage Confidentiality Agreements
  • Use procurement tools (E-sourcing, ERP MBC, AGORA) and manage vendor master data
  • Support project team in obtaining internal/partner approvals

Technical Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in T&I contracting roles
  • Strong background in Contracts & Procurement, business, or accounting
  • Experience with international tenders, procurement regulations, and market analysis
  • Proficiency with Ariba, ERP (MBC), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
