Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Technician – Nuclear Refueling Outage

Key Responsibilities

• Execute instrumentation and control maintenance activities
• Support calibration, testing and troubleshooting activities
• Assist outage teams during shutdown operations
• Maintain compliance with outage schedules and QA/QC requirements
• Follow nuclear safety and HSE procedures
• Support inspection and maintenance of instrumentation systems

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years I&C maintenance experience
• Previous outage/shutdown experience
• Power generation or heavy industrial background
• Experience with instrumentation calibration and control systems
• Good English communication skills

Strongly Preferred

• Previous Barakah Nuclear Power Plant experience
• APR1400 reactor exposure
• GCC nuclear or power generation experience
• Nuclear outage experience

Internal Sourcing Constraints

• Prioritize candidates with previous Barakah outage experience
• Prioritize candidates already mobilized in GCC nuclear/power projects
• Avoid sourcing candidates from nationalities historically facing Barakah clearance restrictions
• Preferred sourcing regions: India, South Africa, Philippines and GCC-based expatriates
