Heavy Lift Supervisor

The Heavy Lift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all heavy lift operations on-site. They will ensure that all equipment and personnel are operating safely and efficiently to complete all necessary tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of heavy lift operators and technicians
• Ensure all heavy lift operations are conducted safely and according to company and industry standards
• Maintain and regularly inspect all heavy lift equipment and ensure proper maintenance and repairs are completed
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate lift operations and ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in heavy lift operations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Knowledge of heavy lift equipment and operations
• Safety certifications and training preferred
