FPSO HSE Lead

Role Overview

The FPSO HSE Lead is responsible for ensuring implementation of the Project HSE Management System throughout engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning activities.

The role provides leadership to contractors and project teams to achieve the highest HSE performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Project HSE activities.
  • Monitor contractor HSE performance.
  • Conduct audits and inspections.
  • Participate in incident investigations.
  • Review HSE documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
  • Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
  • Support SIMOPS planning and risk assessments.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree or HSE Degree.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas HSE.
  • Strong FPSO construction experience.

Languages

  • Fluent English.
