Executive Assistance

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests.
  • Maintain confidential information and sensitive documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other team members.
  • Conduct research and provide background information for meetings.
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Fluent French and English
