Position Electrical Supervisor

Contract Duration 1 Year

Rotation 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

Working Hours 10 Hours per Day

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical construction, installation, and maintenance activities on site.
• Ensure electrical works are performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage and monitor electrical teams, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Review work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate electrical installation activities including cable pulling, termination, testing, commissioning, and equipment installation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.
• Participate in inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and work schedules.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, construction teams, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Verify material availability and ensure proper use of tools and equipment on site.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in industrial, oil & gas, power, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and commissioning activities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience supervising multicultural teams and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Relevant electrical qualification or technical diploma preferred.

Working Conditions

• Rotation schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
• 10-hour working days.
• Site-based position in an industrial or construction environment.
