Job Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee day-to-day drilling activities in accordance with the drilling program.
- Supervise the Rig Floor crew on super light Rig, using MPD system and ensure efficient execution of operations.
- Ensure the proper use, maintenance and readiness of drilling equipment.
- Responsible for safe working conditions on the drill floor and promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, well control requirements and current safety regulations.
- Report operational issues and support continuous improvement of drilling performance.
Key Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in Onshore Oil & Gas or Deep Geothermal Operations. At least 4 years’ experience in Continental Europe.
- IWCF Level 3 certificate.
- OPITO H2S, MIST or BOSIET.
- OEUK Medical Certificate.
Leadership & HSE Competencies
- Strong operational knowledge of drilling equipment and well control practices.
- Committed to health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
