Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field development planning activities across subsurface, drilling, facilities, and commercial teams
- Manage technical contractors and consultants involved in development studies
- Develop and maintain integrated development schedules
- Support concept selection and optimization of development schemes
- Run economic evaluations (NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis)
- Prepare business cases and investment documentation
- Monitor project planning milestones and ensure delivery alignment
- Ensure integration between subsurface modelling, well design, and facilities design
- Interface with partners and stakeholders during technical reviews
- Contribute to risk management and decision gate preparation
Required Profile
Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in petroleum engineering or development planning
- Experience in deepwater offshore projects preferred
- Proven experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong background in development planning and economic modelling
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of field development architecture
- Experience with economic modelling tools
- Ability to manage complex project interfaces
- Strong planning and coordination capabilities
Education
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
Languages
- Fluent English required
