Commissioning Machinery Superintendent – 445350540

Rotation and Work Organization

  • Rotation Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  • Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Contract Conditions

  • Contract Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all machinery commissioning activities on site.
  • Coordinate mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup operations.
  • Ensure all rotating and static equipment are commissioned according to project specifications and procedures.
  • Manage commissioning teams, subcontractors, and vendor representatives.
  • Review and approve commissioning procedures, test reports, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning phases.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance departments.
  • Participate in system handover and final acceptance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in machinery commissioning within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, or heavy industry projects.
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, compressors, turbines, pumps, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in commissioning environments.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
