- Rotation Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Contract Conditions
- Contract Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all machinery commissioning activities on site.
- Coordinate mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup operations.
- Ensure all rotating and static equipment are commissioned according to project specifications and procedures.
- Manage commissioning teams, subcontractors, and vendor representatives.
- Review and approve commissioning procedures, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance departments.
- Participate in system handover and final acceptance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in machinery commissioning within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, or heavy industry projects.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, compressors, turbines, pumps, and mechanical systems.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in commissioning environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
