- Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Contract Conditions
- Contract Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise instrumentation commissioning activities on site.
- Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and startup activities for instrumentation and control systems.
- Ensure all instruments, analyzers, control valves, and control systems are tested and commissioned according to project requirements.
- Supervise loop checks, calibration activities, functional testing, and system integration.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, construction, and maintenance teams during commissioning phases.
- Manage instrumentation technicians, contractors, and vendor representatives.
- Review and approve commissioning procedures, reports, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues during startup and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and quality procedures.
- Support system handover, performance testing, and final acceptance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in instrumentation commissioning within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, or heavy industry projects.
- Strong knowledge of field instruments, DCS, PLC, SCADA, analyzers, and control systems.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in commissioning environments.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
