commissioning Electrical Supervisor

Contract Duration 6 Months

Rotation Schedule 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Working Hours 10 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities related to electrical construction, mechanical interfaces, and commissioning works.
  • Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
  • Lead and oversee electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Monitor testing, energization, troubleshooting, and system handover processes.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project progress and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to site activities, progress, and deviations.
  • Verify completion of punch list items and ensure readiness for system start-up and handover.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior supervisors, technicians, and operators.
  • Participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and commissioning planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and international electrical standards.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oil & Gas plants, Power Plants, or Refineries.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supervisory roles.
  • For Superintendent or highly skilled roles (CCP, CME, CMP): 5-6 years minimum experience.
  • For operator-related positions: Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas plant operations.
  • Hands-on experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage site priorities effectively.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and commissioning standards.
