Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction, mechanical, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare site reports, track progress, and address technical issues.
- Provide guidance and supervision to operators and junior staff.
Requirements - Must Have
- Experience in Oil & Gas plants, Power plants, or Refineries.
- Supervisors: 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Superintendents / high-skilled roles (CCP, CME, CMP): 5-6 years in a similar role.
- Operators: minimum 3 years of Oil & Gas plant operational experience.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Problem-solving skills in technical and operational contexts.
