CDS METHODS AND PLANNING”

Introduction Integrated within the Maintenance department, he is responsible for coordinating, planning and control plant maintenance activities including electrical, mechanical and instrumentation, as well as the management and planning/scheduling of plant technical stops.

Principal Functions :

  • Prepare the resources (materials, external services, etc.) necessary to carry out the successful scheduled and unscheduled stops.
  • This includes order management materials with sufficient advance notice and the preparation of the scope of work (SOW) of: cleaning, scaffolding, machining work, mechanical support, etc.
  • Furthermore, the coordination with the Technical and Operation Departments.
  • Maintain weekly control of the number of hours of the plant's dynamic equipment (HR) and its update in SAP.
  • Report the maintenance report weekly.
  • Control maintenance KPIs and; weekly report of work orders in progress, pending and the status of each of them.
  • Keep the plant's list of critical spare parts updated to guarantee their availability in warehouse. Including mechanical support in the review of minimum and maximum levels of inventory.
  • Carry out technical evaluations related to mechanical service; Valves, gaskets, flanged joints, filters, etc.
  • The opening and closing of the maintenance month in the CMMS (SAP). Technical closure of orders. (and Notification to the warehouse about materials pending outbound movement for subsequent liquidation).
  • Propose improvement ideas for shutdown preparation processes with the aim of reducing execution times, as well as the tool requisition proposal.
  • Report the quarterly electricity consumption of the plant to SH.
  • Maintain an updated record of all TRIPS equipment trips and tasks maintenance carried out by each of the disciplines. Identifying the typology of TRIP and, if applicable, the type of mechanical failure.
  • Report daily the tasks carried out by the Maintenance department and planning of the next day.
  • Keep track of orders in progress, follow up weekly with the APC department. Prioritizing materials waiting stop.
  • Manage and control stop materials stored in containers maintenance, having them properly organized and prepared for use, before unforeseen events in the plant. - Participate in daily Maintenance coordination meetings

Candidate Profile

  • University degree, preferably Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Management of MS Project and SAP PM module.
  • Level of English (B2), knowledge of French will be valued.
  • Good command of Excel and other MO applications.
  • Knowledge of materials used in the O&G industry, insulation materials positive and experience in the typologies and uses of the plant's static and dynamic equipment.
  • Have familiarity with the concepts of Availability of rotating equipment, Reliability, MTTR, MTBF, etc.
  • Executive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a solid track record in planning strategic.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.effective in achieving the organization's objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, methodologies and technologies related to planning and operational management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Meticulous and organized professional capable of managing tasks simultaneously and combining office work and field supervision
