- Contract Duration 6 months
- Rotation 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off (6×2)
- Working Hours 10 hours per day
- Mandatory Candidates must be local residents of Skikda.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the building and its facilities.
- Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality work.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents.
- Report operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support efficient facility management to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in building or facility supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations is preferred.
