Building Supervisor

Contract Conditions

• Contract Duration 6 months
• Rotation 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off (6×2)
• Working Hours 10 hours per day
• Mandatory Candidates must be local residents of Skikda.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the building and its facilities.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality work.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents.
• Report operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support efficient facility management to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in building or facility supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations is preferred.
