Building Assistant

Position Building Assistant

Contract Duration 1 Year

Rotation 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

Working Hours 10 Hours per Day

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily building and site activities.
  • Support construction, maintenance, and facility operations teams on site.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure activities are carried out according to project requirements and safety procedures.
  • Assist with logistics, material handling, and equipment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and client representatives when required.
  • Ensure housekeeping standards and site organization are maintained.
  • Support compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and company procedures.
  • Participate in inspections, site walkthroughs, and progress meetings.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the site management team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in construction, building operations, or industrial projects preferred.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools is an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Rotation schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
  • 10-hour working days.
  • Site-based position in an industrial or construction environment.
