Meet the Altea Energy team at the WindEurope exhibition in Bilbao, Spain

The Altea Energy team will be attending the WindEurope 2024 exhibition, an international event dedicated to onshore and offshore wind energy, taking place in Bilbao, Spain from March 20th to 22nd.

An event dedicated to onshore and offshore wind

WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind energy in Europe and worldwide. With over 500 active members (wind turbine manufacturers, component suppliers, research institutes, national wind energy associations, and renewable energy associations) in more than 35 countries, WindEurope is a major event in the sector.

For this 2024 edition, which will span 3 days in Bilbao, more than 12,000 participants are expected to gather to assess the current state of wind energy in Europe. They will have the opportunity to attend dozens of conferences with hundreds of speakers and explore over 500 exhibitors.

“We are delighted to be present at the WindEurope exhibition for 3 days. Spain is a European leader in onshore and offshore wind, with strong ambitions and a long-term energy strategy. The event is an opportunity for us to be alongside our clients and to stay informed about the innovations and challenges in the sector”, explains Guillaume Escoubas, Account Manager at Altea Energy.

Altea Energy: recruiting experienced technical experts for the success of wind projects

With the acceleration of the energy transition and the emergence of ambitious projects, many players in the wind industry need experienced, trained, and quickly operational technical profiles.

“We have been actively contributing to the development of the wind sector for several years, by mobilizing trained and qualified experts on our clients’ onshore and offshore wind projects, in disciplines such as engineering, installation and commissioning, operations and maintenance, as well as HSE. Our expertise is to select the best experts who are immediately operational to support internal teams on our clients’ projects”, continues Guillaume Escoubas.

Since 2008, Altea Energy has selected and mobilized thousands of experts for over 300 projects in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and nuclear sectors, giving it privileged access to thousands of experienced profiles in these fields.

“Our mission is to support the transformation of the energy landscape for future generations. We are committed to contributing to this transition to help wind industry players accelerate the implementation of their projects”, concludes Armand Pasteur, Co-founder and President of Altea Energy.
