· Position title: Workover Supervisor
· Location: Congo (Brazzaville)
· Work schedule Rotational 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
· Contract duration 12 months, renewable
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate workover, completion and well services operations at the wellsite.
- Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.
- Provide operational supervision to workover and well services crews and coordinate activities with relevant contractors and service companies.
- Monitor well conditions and ensure appropriate well control procedures are followed throughout operations.
- Coordinate the installation, operation and troubleshooting of ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) systems and related activities.
- Coordinate with drilling, production, engineering, HSE and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of well intervention activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety meetings and incident-prevention activities.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in completion, workover and well services.
- Engineering Degree.
- Valid IWCF well control level 4 (Supervisory Level)
- ESP experience.
- Previous experience in Africa (preferred).
- Fluency in French and English.
