Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of subcontract administration, including contract negotiation, vendor selection, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and select the best vendors for each project
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to improve performance
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
