Functional/ business responsibilities

Overview

• Coordinate RKF PE&WS&WI activities to deliver timely and high-quality G&G&RE activities

General Responsibilities

• Role model leadership and support for QHSE culture
• Work as part of the RKF Asset Team to support developing and implementing Division objectives
• Interface with RKF related internal stakeholders
• Manage business subsurface external stakeholders for RKF (partners, vendors and government agencies as defined by contracts)
• RKF PE&WS&WI opportunities identification, prioritization and maturation aligned with JVs
• Propose standards dispensations in PE&WS&WI related evaluations
• Use of Digital/Data Management best practices for RKF PE&WS&WI activities
• Identify PE&WS&WI risks and potential mitigation
• Support RKF Asset Management team in PE&WS&WI tasks
• Engineering design, Planning and Supervision of well interventions.
• Assure adherence to the well integrity and reservoir management processes
• Investigation, identification and recommendation of remedial well operations
• Identify & support when needed for RKF Asset PE&WS&WI staff recruitment

Accountable for

• Setting Production & Development PE&WS&WI work execution strategy
• Incorporating the new drilling campaign results into the production and development strategy
• Influencing RKF Asset in PE&WS&WI aspects through GRKF forums
• Close liaison and coordination with PE&WS&WI GKRF secondees to align PE&WS&WI work
• Propose business and/or strategic oriented PE&WS&WI studies/evaluation/surveillance to GRKF
• Safe execution of Production and Development PE&WS&WI of GRKF works
• Adherence to Production and Development PE&WS&WI processes
• PE&WS&WI staff allocation proposal within GRKF activities to ensure delivery
• Short term production profiles forecasting in coordination with AD G&G&RE Lead
• Monitor production and injection within GRKF and propose short term production optimization techniques/measures
• Promote mentoring, coaching and training junior/professional colleagues in PE&WS&WI tools and techniques, workflows and internal processes
• Collaborate to assign Training plans to PE&WS&WI to support ongoing business activities and capability gap closure
• Production & Development PE&WS&WI GRKF team budget
• Identify and propose action plan for well integrity issues
• Risk management processes related to GRKF Operations

• All PE&WS&WI delivery and execution processes related to both internal and external parties
• Any PE&WS&WI data acquisition, processing, analysis and interpretation
• Short term production profiles forecasting
• Growth, Development and Production PE&WS&WI opportunities identification, prioritization & maturation
• Well planning and workover/intervention activity support
• Nodal Analysis for Production System Optimization
• Engineering design, planning and supervision of well interventions.
• Artificial lift, production optimizations and monitoring programs
• Lessons learnt process and knowledge sharing

Required Competencies

• 10+ years of PE&WS&WI experience (preferably in the onshore and shallow water areas)
• Proven track record of leading high performing PE&WS&WI teams
• Proven track record for driving business through the understanding/use of risk and uncertainty is preferred
• Proven track record for delivering projects to schedule
• Proven track record of developing people
• Demonstrated strong collaboration skills are required
• Experience working across multiple countries/basins and the E&P lifecycle is required
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Knowledge of field production operations is required
• Knowledge of automation and digitally enabled ways of working is preferred
