Responsibilities:
· Hydrometallurgical expertise and management of process activities on pre-project or basic engineering projects in hydrometallurgy, in particular relating to lithium refining or battery recycling.
· Supervise or co-supervise a team of process engineers (up to 5 engineers).
· Supervise and check the preparation of Process Flow Diagrams & Heat & Material Balance
· Supervise and check the preparation of PIDs
· Supervise and check equipment sizing and prepare equipment lists
· Carry out technical analyses and audits of existing projects or projects in progress.
Required Skills:
· At least 15 years' experience as a process engineer in the field of mining production and/or metal refining.
· Knowledge of key engineering documents (e.g. PFD, PID, equipment list)
· Thoroughness in the preparation of calculation notes and process deliverables.
· Proficiency in Office suite (World / Excel / Power Point)
Contract duration: 12 months ( renewable)
