Key Account Manager (KAM)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute account plans for key banking and financial clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers across IT, facilities, and sustainability departments.

Solution Selling

  • Position Schneider Electric’s integrated solutions: UPS, cooling, software (DCIM), services, and energy efficiency programs.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and infrastructure modernization.

Customer Engagement

  • Lead customer workshops, executive briefings, and innovation sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on energy resilience, regulatory compliance, and ESG goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams for multi-country accounts.

Market Intelligence & Growth

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to business development strategies and pipeline growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of energy management, data center infrastructure, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
