FMWR Engineering Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to develop and implement engineering plans and schedules for projects .
• Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
• Identify and resolve any engineering issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on engineering progress and issues
• Ensure that all engineering activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Mentor and train junior engineers and other team members as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in engineering practices and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in the FMWR (Facilities Management, Water, and Roads) sector.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
