Commissioning Electrical Supervisor – SBS

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction, mechanical, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare site reports, track progress, and address technical issues.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to operators and junior staff.

Requirements - Must Have

  • Experience in Oil & Gas plants, Power plants, or Refineries.
  • Supervisors: 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Superintendents / high-skilled roles (CCP, CME, CMP): 5-6 years in a similar role.
  • Operators: minimum 3 years of Oil & Gas plant operational experience.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
