Responsibilities

Evaluate different methods of well intervention for perforation jobs (slickline/workover rig).
Propose the most appropriate solution through challenge session with management.
Design the program and operational procedures (including risk mitigation, contingency plan, etc.).
Represent the company to provide technical support for service companies.
Review the current inventory and recommend necessary equipment to be procured before the commencement of workover.
Prepare the budget and AFE for approval process.
Conduct site visit if necessary and supervise the operation.
