Responsibilities
- Evaluate different methods of well intervention for perforation jobs (slickline/workover rig).
- Propose the most appropriate solution through challenge session with management.
- Design the program and operational procedures (including risk mitigation, contingency plan, etc.).
- Represent the company to provide technical support for service companies.
- Review the current inventory and recommend necessary equipment to be procured before the commencement of workover.
- Prepare the budget and AFE for approval process.
- Conduct site visit if necessary and supervise the operation.
