Reporting to: Deck Engineering Coordinator/Jacket Engineering Coordinator / FMWR Engineering Coordinator

Structural Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall technical integrity of offshore structure design premises, design and

marine structures behaviour

• Offshore structure compliance with international standards, COMPANY

guidelines and Engineering best practices

• Technical support to Offshore structure Construction and installation

Key activities:

• Design premises definition of offshore structures

• Definition and specification of geotechnical and geophysical surveys

• Definition and specification of met-oceanographic surveys and/or studies.

• Offshore structures (fixed/floating) layout definition

• Internal design of offshore structures

• Subcontracted design of structures supervision

• Structural material selection and specification

• ITT preparation and bid technical evaluation

• Planning, review and follow-up of structure construction, transportation and

installation

• Structures cost and schedule estimates

Minimum & mandatory qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Structural Engineering from an accredited

university

• Work experience of eight (8) years in the field of the sought discipline after

earning the BSc degree

• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write

specifications and reports
